Solve Any Customer Loyalty Issue In-Store at the Kiosk or Merchant Portal
Just click the icon in the upper right hand corner on the kiosk offers page. Change a customers email and sms subscription status to on or off. Update the customer Name, Email, Phone Number or change Loyalty Points in the Account Tab. Make sure you handle customer issues in-store and instantly before sending customers to Sweet Rewards support.
